HOW IT STARTED

Arkitrend was born from a vision rooted in family support and strengthened by financial insight. Guided by experienced accountants within the family, the founding architect was inspired to merge financial strategy with architectural design—delivering solutions that are not only innovative and sustainable but also financially sound and investment-wise.

Today, Arkitrend is composed of a handpicked team of skilled designers with diverse experience in architecture and construction, covering a wide range of project types and scales both locally and internationally.

The design team is led by Architect Christ Angelo, who brings a decade of cumulative experience working with top architectural firms and developers in the Philippines and abroad. The firm is co-managed by Ms. Emily Arellano, who contributes more than a decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and actual experience in rental business management.

The Management

Christ Angelo | Chief Architect & Founder

Ar. Christ is a graduate of Mapúa University with nearly a decade of experience in architecture, project development, and construction management. His expertise in design and project execution was cultivated through his work with some of the country’s leading architectural firms and property developers, contributing to both local and international projects across various sectors.

He is a Certified Project Manager recognized by the Construction Manpower Development Foundation (CMDF) and holds an internationally recognized project management certification accredited under the ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standard through the International Institute of Project and Program Management (I2P2M).Further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence, Architect Christ is also a recognized member and affiliate of the International Association of Project Managers (IAPM), a Europe-based organization dedicated to advancing global project management standards.

Combining technical expertise, leadership, and industry best practices, Architect Christ is committed to delivering high-quality design and construction solutions that create lasting value for clients and stakeholders.

Emily Arellano | Chief Finance Officer

Ms. Emily is a graduate of the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA) with a strong foundation in Accounting and Financial Management. She brings over a decade of corporate experience, where she developed expertise in financial administration, business operations, and organizational management while earning a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and reliability.

In 2023, she transitioned into the rental business, applying her extensive business acumen and client-focused approach to a new industry. Known for her calm, approachable, and dependable leadership style, Ms. Emily fosters a collaborative work environment built on trust, accountability, and respect. Her unwavering commitment to excellence, loyalty, and ethical business practices has consistently earned the confidence of colleagues, management, and clients, making her a valued leader and an integral part of the organization’s continued growth and success.
