HOW IT STARTED
Arkitrend was born from a vision rooted in family support and strengthened by financial insight. Guided by experienced accountants within the family, the founding architect was inspired to merge financial strategy with architectural design—delivering solutions that are not only innovative and sustainable but also financially sound and investment-wise.
Today, Arkitrend is composed of a handpicked team of skilled designers with diverse experience in architecture and construction, covering a wide range of project types and scales both locally and internationally.
The design team is led by Architect Christ Angelo, who brings nearly a decade of cumulative experience working with top architectural firms and developers in the Philippines and abroad. The firm is co-managed by Ms. Emily Arellano, who contributes more than a decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and rental business management. The team is further strengthened by Engineer Kizar Ganih, the firm’s Construction Head—a long-time acquaintance of Ar. Chris, with solid years of experience in both local and international construction and project management.

THE MANAGEMENT
Ar. Christ Angelo, UAP, CPM
Architect Christ is a Graduate of Mapua University. His design and management skills was honed in working on some top Architectural firms and developer in the country for both local and international projects for nearly a decade. He was Recognized as a Certified Project Manager by the Construction Manpower Development Foundation (CMDF)
and also globally accredited by the International Institute of Project and Program Management (I2P2M) through certification under the ISO/IEC 17024:2012 international standard.
Ms. Emily Arellano
Ms. Emily is a graduate of the Philippine School of Business Administration, with a strong background in Accounting and Financial Management. She brings over a decade of experience working in the corporate sector before transitioning to the rental business in 2023. Known for her calm and approachable leadership style, she is well-respected by her team. Her solid track record of integrity and loyalty has earned the trust of her former company and continues to define her professional reputation.
Engr. Kizar Ganih
Engr. Kizar is a licensed Civil Engineer and a graduate of Mapúa University, with extensive experience in infrastructure development, project management, and construction within both the private and public sectors. His strong technical expertise, combined with a proven track record in handling complex infrastructure projects, highlights his key role in driving forward impactful civil engineering endeavors.
