Arkitrend was born from a vision rooted in family support and strengthened by financial insight. Guided by experienced accountants within the family, the founding architect was inspired to merge financial strategy with architectural design\u2014delivering solutions that are not only innovative and sustainable but also financially sound and investment-wise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, Arkitrend is composed of a handpicked team of skilled designers with diverse experience in architecture and construction, covering a wide range of project types and scales both locally and internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n

The design team is led by Architect Christ Angelo, who brings a decade of cumulative experience working with top architectural firms and developers in the Philippines and abroad. The firm is co-managed by Ms. Emily Arellano, who contributes more than a decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and actual experience in rental business management.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He is a Certified Project Manager<\/strong> recognized by the Construction Manpower Development Foundation (CMDF)<\/strong> and holds an internationally recognized project management certification accredited under the ISO\/IEC 17024:2012<\/strong> standard through the International Institute of Project and Program Management (I2P2M)<\/strong>.Further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence, Architect Christ is also a recognized member and affiliate of the International Association of Project Managers (IAPM)<\/strong>, a Europe-based organization dedicated to advancing global project management standards.<\/p>\n
